Yin Yoga (past)

Zoom link for class will be sent out when you sign-up. If you can't attend live, a recording will be sent out afterwards. No Yoga experience is needed to join these classes. 

Yin Yoga

Come in comfy clothes to this gentle 60 minute Yin Yoga class where you'll pause from the busy-ness to check-in and enjoy longer holds of Yoga shapes for a deeper stretch. Each class will end with Savasana, a time of rest.

You can have blankets, pillows, towels, or anything you'd like to support you during your practice.
