I help women who are juggling big dreams and deep commitments find balance, clarity, and presence—so they can thrive in both their work and personal life without burning out.
For over 20 years, mindfulness and movement have been an anchor in my life—helping me navigate the chaos of parenting, entrepreneurship, and daily challenges with more calm and clarity. Along the way, I’ve learned that true peace isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating space for what truly matters.
